estates law. She
acts for
businesses
requiring
assistance with
the incorporation
and organization
of their
companies, small
and large
companies engaged
in the purchase or
sale of a
business, and
individuals
requiring legal
agreements such as
shareholder,
management
services, and
confidentiality
agreements. She
works with
franchisors and
franchisees to set
up and sell their
franchise
businesses, and
advises them on
franchise law
requirements in
Ontario. She also
acts for vendors
and purchasers on
residential real
estate
transactions,
negotiates
commercial leases
for both landlords
and tenants, and
drafts wills for
her clients.
Stephanie obtained
her law degree
from the
University of
Ottawa. She is
fluent in both
French and English
and is proficient
in Italian. She
was admitted to
the bar of Ontario
in 2005 and
practiced as a
business law
lawyer for several
years for a large
Ottawa firm before
starting her own
firm.
Stephanie is a
member of the Law
Society of Upper
Canada and the
County of Carleton
Law
Association.
She is honourary
legal counsel and
board member of
the Dave Smith
Youth Treatment
Centre.
